This year on Christmas day I got a telescope, Chessman pro. (Computer chess), magic wand, leather diary and lots more. After we opened our presents we went to LA PEPICA with Gran, Diana, Laurence and Lena, where we ate at least 10 courses (I drank a bit of Champagne and Wine.)

Great to read your post, Chris! Well done on your Christmas loot. I got two sweaters, a pair of cufflinks, a shirt and tie, another tie, a swimming cap and a biography of Thomas Hardy! Do the Valencians go in for turkey? I have just looked up La Pepica in my trusty Valencia City Spots guide book and it says that it has served paella to the Spanish Royals, Ernest Hemingway and Pele. That puts you lot nine courses ahead of the competition.
